Design, permitting and construction management of caustic feed facilities at five (5) water plants in the  Southern service area and five (5) water plants in the Western service area. The facilities consist of an insulated/heated steel storage tank, chemical metering pumps, piping, electrical, instrumentation and 14’ x 10’ x 16’ fiberglass structure.
