Mr. Kimrey is highly qualified in the field of hydrogeology with  special expertise in evaluation, development, and management of groundwater supplies; artificial recharge and ASR (aquifer storage recovery) of groundwater; limestone and mining hydrology; and ground/surface water relations. He is qualified to serve as an expert witness in the fields of hydrogeology and hydrology.
