BARNES, FERLAND AND ASSOCIATES, INC. (BFA) is an environmental engineering and hydrogeological consulting firm, established in 1994 to help meet the growing need for environmental consultants. We are located in Orlando, Florida with satellite offices in West Palm Beach, Florida, Miami, Florida and New Orleans, Louisiana. BFA is an SBA 8 (a) certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that is dedicated to providing high quality environmental services to our clients utilizing state of the art  technologies. We are committed to providing our clients with responsive, reliable and cost-effective consulting services. BFA has a staff of 30 in Florida and Louisiana.

Our registered Professional Engineers, Geologists and other professionals provide a full range of environmental consulting and engineering services from water resource development through the disposal of wastewater effluent. BFA offers technical management expertise necessary to effectively develop and protect vulnerable natural resources.
