Mr. Roberts is a project engineer and project manager with 15 years experience in project management, utility engineering design, and construction management. Mr. Roberts has a strong background in land development and land use planning. Mr. Roberts has worked on the design and construction of large-scale residential, commercial and utility development and redevelopment projects with contract values in excess of 15-million dollars.
Mr. Roberts Also has extensive experience in Emergency Response and debris Removal Management. He has managed over 200 field monitors for debris removal during Hurricanes Charley, Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike. During his stint in Guyana his responsibilities included the daily
management of the Sun Modular Dispatch System. Mr. Roberts also worked on the design of a de-watering plan
for stormwater management in the open gold mining pits and the daily monitoring
of the flow rates and the construction of the tailing pond dam design.
