Mr. Cruz is a Water Resource Professional who brings a wide variety of experience to water related issues. Mr. Cruz has over 6 years of hydrologic engineering experience which includes data collection, data processing & analysis, report writing, instrumentation installation, telemetering, advanced streamflow measurements and rating calibration, surface and groundwater modeling and design, and water quality analysis. Mr. Cruz has worked with the USGS for over 3 years in these areas throughout Texas and Florida, and has 4 years of experience as a consultant to South Florida Water Management District, in Water Use Regulation and Hydrology & Hydraulics Departments. Mr. Cruz is a highly motivated professional with field experience in assessing, developing, designing, constructing, and operating complex scientific data collection monitoring networks for federal, state, and local governments. Mr. Cruz is a results oriented team player who can collaborate with others or work independently. Mr. Cruz is proficient using computer software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Unix, database/Reflection, National Weather Information System(NWIS) database, STORET, FORTRAN, AdICPR surface water modeling, groundwater modeling, AutoCad, ArcView, ArcMap, and other various hydrologic software.
