Over 40 years of surveying experience that has included a broad spectrum of surveying issues and tasks beginning with 15 years on a field crew including 10 years as a party chief before moving into the office to become a survey technician and eventually a project manager for 18 years. Managed large acquisition projects of up to 10,000 acres, large construction with high levels of precision and numerous design surveys for both in-house and external clients. Duties include complete project management from inception through fee estimation and scope negotiations, proposals, supervision of field and office staff, client contact and delivery of record surveys. Mr. Miller’s exceptional skill at project budget management and on time delivery of completed work provides a client with reliable and accurate information. William has been surveyor of record for large Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys for design projects, photogrammetry support, construction staking and As-Built Surveys, Horizontal and Vertical Control Surveys, Legal Descriptions and Specific Purpose Surveys.
