Patrick A. Barnes, P.G. - President PDF Print E-mail
Mr. Barnes is a registered professional geologist with more than 24 years experience in groundwater resource management and contamination assessment/remediation. As President of BFA, Mr. Barnes is responsible for the overall management of business operations and strategic planning, client liaison and market development.  He also manages the water resources needs for several of BFA's clients.  Mr. Barnes has extensive experience in aquifer modeling, hydrogeological testing and regulatory permitting for water supply and contamination projects. He has supervised the implementation of contamination assessments and remedial investigations at several CERCLA facilities. Daniel L. Allen, P.E. - Senior Vice President PDF Print E-mail
Mr. Allen is an experienced environmental engineer with 27 years experience in utility management, master planning, water resources engineering and the design and construction of water and wastewater treatment, effluent reuse and disposal, water distribution, wastewater collection/transmission and well pumping systems. As Senior Vice President at BFA, Mr. Allen is responsible for coordinating engineering activities associated with water resources, civil and environmental engineering. Prior to joining BFA, Mr. Allen was the Deputy Director of the Orange County Utilities Department and directed the Utilities Engineering and Construction Divisions with a combined annual operating budget of $5.1 million. Mr. Allen supervised the development and implementation of the Utilities Department’s $570 million 5-year Capital Improvements Program.
